Creator Guidelines: This Seller Policy establishes the operational standards, fulfillment guidelines, commission tiers, and escrow payout schedules for all creators and sellers on PixelMarket, operated by Bhatiserve Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Welcome to Creator Studio
PixelMarket provides creators with the tools to monetize three revenue engines (Freelance Gigs, Digital Assets, and Phygital Merchandise) under one account. To maintain buyer confidence and platform integrity, all sellers must adhere to these policies.
2. Onboarding, KYC & Verification
- Identity Verification: Sellers must register under their true identity or verified legal entity name. Accounts found utilizing stolen or falsified identities will be terminated immediately.
- Tax Registration: Creators earning above statutory thresholds must submit a valid PAN and GSTIN (where applicable). Mandatory TDS (Section 194-O) deductions are remitted directly to the Income Tax Department of India.
- Bank / Payout Account: Sellers must link a valid Indian bank account (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or verified UPI VPA for automated earnings withdrawal.
3. Listing Standards & Deliverable Quality
- Freelance Gigs: Milestone scopes, turnaround days, and revision limits must be clearly specified. Sellers are obligated to deliver all milestones on schedule. Extensions must be requested through the active order interface prior to deadlines.
- Digital Assets: All digital files (source code, Figma files, textures, sound libraries) must be 100% original or properly licensed for commercial distribution. Files must be organized, complete, and accompanied by documentation or setup guides.
- Print-on-Demand Merchandise: Artwork files must meet the minimum resolution threshold of 300 DPI at full print size and adhere to certified print partner bleed and color profile requirements.
4. Commissions, Escrow Payouts & Holding Periods
- Platform Fee: PixelMarket applies a standard 10% commission on order totals, which covers escrow protection, payment processing, customer support, and hosting infrastructure.
- Escrow Holding Period: Following delivery confirmation, funds enter an escrow inspection period (3 to 7 days depending on tier). This ensures buyers have an opportunity to review deliverables and report discrepancies.
- Payout Schedule: Once funds clear the inspection period, they are credited to the seller's Available Balance and can be withdrawn to linked bank accounts.
5. Anti-Circumvention Policy
Sellers are strictly forbidden from taking transactions off the platform. This includes:
- Asking buyers to pay via external bank transfer, direct UPI, cash, or third-party gateways.
- Sharing personal phone numbers, WhatsApp links, or personal email addresses with the intent to evade marketplace commissions.
- Attempting to deliver watermarked previews while demanding off-platform settlements.
Any breach of this policy results in immediate store suspension, forfeiture of escrow balances, and permanent banning.
6. Quality Metrics, Order Completion & Penalties
To preserve search visibility and featured seller status, creators must maintain:
- A minimum customer review rating of 4.0 out of 5 stars.
- An on-time milestone delivery rate of 90% or higher.
- A prompt communication response rate (within 24–48 hours).
Repeated order cancellations, copyright infringement claims, or customer complaints will result in store down-ranking, listing de-activation, or permanent revocation of seller privileges.
